Executive Coaching & Consulting

Empowering leaders to co-create healthier workplaces

I help higher education and non-profit leaders:

  • Lead with their integrity intact, even when they do not (yet!) have models for doing so

  • Create healthier work cultures to attract and retain diverse talent

  • Recover from toxic or unhealthy work environments

  • Find balance in the quantity and quality of their work (vs. feeling burnt out and overwhelmed)

  • Build inclusive teams that exercise their leadership potential

  • Chart a clear career path that is aligned with their values

Here’s How I Can Help!

Higher education, non-profit, and other organizations are struggling to attract and retain top talent because of systemic practices that contribute to burnout, disengagement, and harm. I help leaders create healthier environments in which everyone can thrive and have the energy to do their best.

  • As your coach, I support your growth as a leader by asking questions so you can clarify your values, improve your decision-making skills in your everyday work and in your career choices, and take courageous action to co-create a healthier workplace for yourself and your colleagues.

  • I coach teams and groups to own their leadership potential, support one another in their work, and co-create environments that support liberation, healing, and freedom for themselves and others.

  • I interview team members and provide aggregated feedback to identify strengths and opportunities for foster healthier workplace environments that retain top talent and in which everyone can thrive and do their best.

  • I deliver engaging workshops on the following topics related to building inclusive leadership skills and healthy work cultures. Here are just a few of the topics available:
-Courageous leadership in times of change
-Safeguarding your peace and avoiding burnout
-Overcoming imposter syndrome through personal and systemic change

Responsibility

Healthy culture change requires ongoing personal reflection and growth, policies and practices that heal rather than harm, and the full participation of everyone, especially people who have been and are currently excluded.
